Research and Personas:
We create personas to understand your users' needs, experiences, behaviours and goals. User research is a critical part of re-imagining the product. Swipe conducts user research right at the beginning for the greatest impact, using clearly-defined user segments that focus on users' specific needs and requirements. These insights generate user personas, where we define their love and pain points, digital insights, specific product insights and key takeaways. We get into their heads so we can solve problems in a way that will delight them.

Usability tests:
Swipe collects real customer feedback on your current product or future concepts. Whether chosen by you or recruited by us, these customers complete predefined tasks, in-person or remotely, while observers listen and watch. Our experts collect qualitative and quantitative data to spot any usability issues. Ultimately, we gauge the participant's happiness rating with the product. Within a few days, you will receive an in-depth review of your product with actionable pointers.

Journey Mapping and Wireframes:
Our planners compile a sitemap that gives a high-level view of the product. The map ensures all of the major user experience components are identified, indicating their relationships to one another. The journey mapping follows, defining user interactions with the product to complete particular tasks. This process also reveals system-to-systems or platform interactions that require integration. Once the various flows are documented, we move to high-fidelity wireframes, encapsulating detailed information. Combining these wireframes with the site map and journey map gives the details required to cost technical components, and provides the opportunity to prototype the wireframes and run usability tests.
